These two bikes use completely different sizing systems even though they share the Turbo platform name. The Levo uses S-Sizing - S1 through S6 - which separates frame reach from seat tube length so most riders have two viable sizes and can pick by handling preference. The Vado uses traditional S/M/L/XL based on rider height, with seat tube length scaling normally. Don't try to translate between the two: your Vado size has no relationship to your Levo size. For the Levo, follow Specialized's S-Sizing chart; for the Vado, sit on it and check standover plus reach to the bars.
Choose the Turbo Levo Comp if you ride singletrack, fire road or technical descents and need real suspension and trail geometry. Choose the Turbo Vado 5.0 if you commute, run errands or ride paved paths and want speed, comfort and integrated commuter features.
