This road chart provides a starting range, not final fit. Smaller does not always mean racier, and larger does not guarantee comfort. Verify exact model-year geometry.

Enter height from 120 to 220 cm and cycling inseam from 50 to 120 cm, shorter than your height.
Adjustment boundaries
Respect seatpost minimum insertion, saddle rail marks, and fork and stem spacer limits. Set the saddle for pedaling, not to repair handlebar reach. A stem change cannot fix unsafe standover or unavailable bar height. Stop if pain, numbness, brake access or handling remains a problem and consult a fitter; persistent symptoms also need medical advice.

How to choose the right Canyon size
The shared road-bike table above is a general reference used across this page. Canyon's own Aeroad chart runs its M and L height ranges about 5 cm higher, and the Ultimate CF SL/SLX shares those exact same Aeroad numbers at every letter size rather than the shared table's. Use the numbers below when sizing an Aeroad or Ultimate specifically.

What to check after height and inseam
These numbers are not the same as the road chart above
Canyon's shared road table lists M at 173-181 cm. That generic range does not match what Canyon actually publishes for the Aeroad or the Ultimate - both models' own charts put M at 178-184 cm. Go by the Aeroad-specific ranges here instead; they apply to the Ultimate at the same letter size too.

M fits 178-184 cm (560 mm stack, 393 mm reach). L fits 184-190 cm (580 mm stack, 401 mm reach). The integrated bar and stem are hard to change after purchase, so it is worth confirming with Canyon's Perfect Positioning System before you order.

Aeroad M or L at 184 cm?
184 cm is the exact boundary in Canyon's own Aeroad chart. Riders with longer arms or a preference for a stretched-out aero position tend to prefer L; riders who want a slightly more compact front end tend to prefer M.
- 84 cm inseam at 184 cm height: both sizes fit on paper. Reach preference is what actually decides it.
- The Aeroad's cockpit is fully integrated, so there is not much room to fix a bad size call with a stem swap. Run Canyon's PPS tool before ordering.
