Size M stack/reach is 617/404 - more upright than the Roadlite but tipped slightly forward for efficient pedalling over distance. The standard diamond frame and the mid-step variant share most of the geometry; mid-step lowers the standover by about 40 mm for easier mount-and-dismount.

Aggressive alloy hardtail with 140 mm fork and trail-bike geometry - longer reach and slacker head angle than a typical XC hardtail. Size M is 626/455, which is identical reach to the Lux Trail full-suspension at the same number. Riders shopping the Stoic against the Cannondale Trail SE 4 (M 626/440) get 15 mm more reach for similar money - more capable on steep descents but a stretched-out cockpit on long climbs.

Light-assist e-road bike with Fazua Ride 60 motor in the bottom bracket and a 430 Wh battery in the down tube - the integration is subtle enough that the bike looks like a regular Endurace AL. Published M geometry (590/378) is close enough to the acoustic Endurace AL that riders sizing from one to the other can stick with the same frame size. Battery removal is tool-less, useful for riders who park outdoors.
