YT Industries designs gravity-focused mountain bikes with a direct-to-consumer model that delivers pro-level performance at accessible prices. Their sizing emphasizes reach-based fitting with modern long-low-slack geometry, and each frame size is optimized for specific rider weights to ensure consistent suspension performance. YT's progressive approach to geometry means riders transitioning from older bikes should pay close attention to reach numbers rather than traditional standover height.

Popular YT Industries Models & Sizing Notes
Specific sizing recommendations for YT Industries's most popular bike models. Geometry measurements shown for reference size (typically M or 54cm).
YT Industries Capra
🚵 Mountain Bike • 2025YT's enduro race family - Core 3 is the mid-tier build; Capra CF and Capra AL identify the carbon and aluminum frames respectively. 170 mm rear / 180 mm front travel with long, slack geometry built for aggressive descending. Riders should prioritise reach over standover height - between sizes, size down for tighter handling or up for high-speed park stability. Size M sits at 632 mm stack / 478 mm reach, one of the longest reaches in the category at this size.
YT Industries Jeffsy
🚵 Mountain Bike • 2025YT's trail family - Core 2 is the entry build; Jeffsy CF and Jeffsy AL identify the carbon and aluminum frames respectively. 150 mm travel with a 65.5 degree head angle and long reach for modern aggressive trail riding. Direct-to-consumer means test rides are limited - compare YT's reach (size M = 465 mm) and stack (622 mm) against a bike you have ridden. Between sizes, size up for descents or down for a more poppy feel on tight singletrack.
YT Industries Decoy
🚵 Mountain Bike • 2026YT's full-suspension e-MTB family - Core 2 is the mid-tier build. The current Bosch Decoy runs a Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor with an 800 Wh PowerTube battery and 180 mm front / 170 mm rear travel on a mullet (29" front, 27.5" rear) chassis. Size M sits close to the acoustic Jeffsy, so riders cross-shopping the two can start from the same size. The battery weight lowers the centre of gravity for a planted feel on descents.
YT Industries Tues
🚵 Mountain Bike • 2025YT's downhill race family - Core 2 is the mid-tier build; Tues CF and Tues AL identify the carbon and aluminum frames respectively. 200 mm travel built for bike park and World Cup courses. Very specific geometry for descending only - size on reach (M = 445 mm) rather than standover, and run a shorter stem for control at speed.
