TrainingPeaks offers a free Basic athlete account. Its official US pricing page listed Premium at $19.95 per month, $49 per quarter, or $134.99 per year when BikeSize checked on July 14, 2026. The annual price was shown as $11.25 per month when billed yearly. Training plans and personal coaching are separate purchases rather than automatic Premium benefits.
The same pricing page listed TrainingPeaks Coach Match at $149 per month for Bronze, $229 for Silver, and $359 for Gold. Those packages include a live coach and a custom plan, with the level of feedback changing by tier. TrainingPeaks also has a wider Find a Coach directory, so prices outside the three published Coach Match packages can vary by coach.
TrainingPeaks works best as the shared calendar between an athlete and coach, or as a self-coached analytics tool. Its support pages document structured workout sync with Garmin, Apple Watch, Wahoo, Zwift, and TrainingPeaks Virtual, plus manual workout exports. The platform covers several endurance sports, which is useful for triathletes but can feel less prescriptive than an app that writes the whole cycling plan for you.
