What BikeSize checked

FasCat's public coaching page listed CoachCat at $34.99 month to month or $210 per year when BikeSize checked on July 14, 2026. The annual card showed $17.50 per month when billed yearly. The same page listed three one-to-one levels: Hunt at $199, Chase at $399, and Catch at $599 on the shorter billing option, with the cards stating that billing occurs every four weeks. Annual prices were $1,999, $3,999, and $5,999 respectively.

CoachCat includes a custom plan builder, workout analysis, recovery input, adaptive changes, and access to FasCat coaches through the app. The public FAQ says workouts can be sent to Garmin, Wahoo, and Hammerhead, with Zwift and ROUVY support. It also says the CoachCat app does not sync with TrainingPeaks. FasCat's separate one-to-one coaching cards do list TrainingPeaks integration, so the integration depends on the product you buy.

FasCat is the middle path in this group: more coach access than TrainerRoad, but a wide price gap between the app and the highest-touch coaching tier. There is no permanent free tier. FasCat advertises a free first week, and its FAQ says riders can train by power, heart rate, or perceived effort. Confirm the billing cadence and exactly what coach contact is included before subscribing.

What works well

  • Riders can choose lower-cost app-led training or move to a named one-to-one coaching tier.
  • CoachCat supports custom plans, workout analysis, adaptive changes, and recovery inputs.
  • The public FAQ supports workouts by power, heart rate, or perceived effort, so a power meter is not required.
  • FasCat publishes cycling-specific options for road, gravel, mountain bike, and cyclocross goals.

What to double-check

  • The one-to-one tiers cost much more than the CoachCat subscription.
  • The CoachCat app does not sync with TrainingPeaks, even though selected one-to-one tiers use TrainingPeaks.
  • The shorter coaching billing cards use a four-week cadence, which can produce more than 12 charges in a year.
