Guided mobility and strength membership
SYSTM comes with Wahoo App Pro, listed at $17.99 per month or $179.99 per year in USD before tax on September 4, 2026, after a 14-day Pro trial. The cheaper Wahoo App tier does not include SYSTM. Regional pricing differs, so check the store that applies to you.

What BikeSize checked
Wahoo SYSTM is a training app, not a bike-fit app. Its value for the fit and mobility category is the off-bike work around the riding plan: strength, yoga, mobility-style sessions, and mental-training content alongside indoor cycling workouts.
That makes it a better fit for riders who already have their bike position roughly sorted and want a more complete routine than just stretching videos. It does not analyze riding video, recommend saddle changes, or replace a professional fit.
SYSTM is no longer sold on its own. It now comes with the Pro tier of the Wahoo App subscription, so the real question is whether you want the whole Wahoo training package. Use it when you want training structure plus supporting off-bike sessions in one subscription. If your main question is whether the saddle, bars, or reach are set correctly, compare MyVeloFit or an in-person fitter first.
What the program includes
A listed feature means the provider publicly describes it. It does not mean BikeSize verified an outcome.
What works well
- Combines bike workouts with off-bike strength, yoga, and mental-training content.
- Useful for riders who want training and mobility support in the same app.
- Works inside the broader Wahoo ecosystem for riders already using Wahoo hardware or apps.
- A 14-day Pro trial lets you see the workout library before paying.
What to double-check
- It is not a bike-fit service and does not analyze position video or prescribe component changes.
- A recurring training subscription is unnecessary if you only need occasional mobility work.
- SYSTM only comes with the pricier Pro tier, so the mobility content cannot be bought on its own.
- BikeSize has no approved Wahoo affiliate URL, so this profile links directly.
Fit guidance, not medical care
BikeSize has not tested clinical outcomes. Do not use this provider profile to diagnose or treat pain or injury. Get qualified help for sudden, severe, worsening, or persistent symptoms, numbness, weakness, swelling, loss of function, or symptoms after a crash.
Not sure which kind of help you need?
The fit and mobility guide separates mechanical position checks, off-bike programming, and the point where professional help makes more sense.

Wahoo product and support pages rechecked on 2026-09-04. Pricing, the 14-day trial, and the Wahoo App Pro bundling were read from the official SYSTM page; the market list comes from Wahoo’s own uk, ca, au, and eu SYSTM storefronts. Two support URLs cited in the previous revision returned 404 and were replaced. BikeSize lists SYSTM as an off-bike support and training option, not as a fit-analysis product.
