What BikeSize checked
Dynamic Cyclist is a follow-along program rather than a bike-fitting tool. Its public membership page lists daily 15-20 minute mobility videos, strength training, recovery content, cycling courses, and training plans. Members can use the programming on a phone, tablet, or computer.
It makes the most sense when the bike position is broadly workable but the rider wants a regular mobility or strength habit. It does not measure frame geometry, watch a riding video, or tell you where to set a saddle or stem. Use a fit tool or fitter for those jobs.
The public signup pages checked on July 13, 2026 listed a 7-day trial, then $9.99 per month or $85 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. BikeSize has not applied to the public affiliate program and has no approved tracking link, so the button on this page is a direct nofollow link.
What the program includes
A listed feature means the provider publicly describes it. It does not mean BikeSize verified an outcome.
What works well
- The sessions are built around cycling and are short enough to fit before or after a ride.
- One membership includes mobility, strength, recovery, courses, and training-plan content.
- The public terms explain the 7-day trial, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund window.
- The program works on a phone, tablet, or computer without special bike-fit recording equipment.
What to double-check
- It is not an online bike fit and will not recommend saddle, stem, cleat, or handlebar changes.
- A recurring subscription is poor value if you prefer occasional self-directed stretching or already follow a strength plan.
- Some provider pages use injury-focused language; BikeSize has not evaluated medical outcomes and does not treat the program as medical care.
Fit guidance, not medical care
BikeSize has not tested clinical outcomes. Do not use this provider profile to diagnose or treat pain or injury. Get qualified help for sudden, severe, worsening, or persistent symptoms, numbness, weakness, swelling, loss of function, or symptoms after a crash.
Not sure which kind of help you need?
The fit and mobility guide separates mechanical position checks, off-bike programming, and the point where professional help makes more sense.
