The rule
Ohio permits cyclists to ride two abreast on the roadway. Persons riding bicycles upon a roadway shall not ride more than two abreast except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles. Riders shall not impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic. See Ohio Rev. Code § 4511.55 (Riding bicycles and motorcycles on roadway).
