The rule
Wyoming permits cyclists to ride two abreast on the roadway. Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-705 permits riding no more than two abreast except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles. Riders shall not impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic. See Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-705 (Riding on roadways and bicycle paths).
