The rule
Bicycles are prohibited on Interstate highways in Wisconsin. Wis. Stat. § 346.075 and Wis. Admin. Code Trans 276 prohibit bicycles, pedestrians and other non-motorized traffic on Wisconsin Interstate highways and other expressways designated as freeways.
