The rule
Alaska permits cyclists to ride two abreast on the roadway. Two abreast permitted; riders shall not impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic. 13 AAC 02.450 derivative. See 13 AAC 02.450 (Riding on roadways and bicycle paths — two-abreast clause).
