The rule
Missouri permits cyclists to ride two abreast on the roadway. Two abreast permitted on the roadway except where prohibited by local ordinance; riders shall not impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic. See Mo. Rev. Stat. § 307.190 (Riding on roadways).
